2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After price confirmation and talked other details, you could require for samples to check our quality. Samples details we need to talk and conclude. Our facctory will make the samples as the special requirements as you like.
3.How long can I expect to get the sample?
Usually it takes 7 working days for samples. We could finish samples earlier if it is simple.
4.Could we put our logo or brand on the products?
Yes we do OEM. Our factory could put your logo on the products by silk screen printing or thermal transfer printing. It will add some printing fees according to your logo and quantity.
5.What about the lead time for mass production?
15-20 working days for mass production.It depends on your quantity,and we will try our best to meet your needs.
6.What is your terms of delivery?
EXW, FOB, CFR,CIF, etc. We could also do the term to send the goods to your address. The importing tax is paid by your side and other fees we will ask the agent to send us the bill.
7.What documents could you provide for custom clearance?
We usually issue the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading.
8.If we have problem for the custom clearance, could you help?
