Regarding storage
After using the paddle board, rinse and dry its surface, fold it and store it in a cool, dry place. Before winter use, let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours before inflating to prevent the folding area from cracking and leaking due to low temperature.

The paddle board is a handmade product, with a size of+/-2cm being within the normal allowable range and not considered a quality defect.
About signing for delivery
Please open the box and inspect the goods before signing for them. If there are any damages or missing items, please take photos and videos first. It's up to us or the logistics company to contact. Before using the product, inflate it and let it sit for 24 hours to observe if there is any air leakage. After confirming that there is no error, use it in the water.
